Dried neem flowers & rice: 

Our 'Herbs & Spices' section provides a lot of information about the health benefits of Neem. 
  • Place 2 tablespoons of hot, steamed rice in a bowl. 
  • In a pan on the stovetop, gently heat 1 tablespoon of ghee (clarified butter). 
  • Add 1 tablespoon of dried neem flowers to the ghee and fry it until the flowers turn dark brown, almost black. They will become really crisp. 
  • Take it off the heat and immediately pour over the rice. Add a pinch of salt if you like and eat this right away. 
  • Repeat this treatment two more times (total of 3 doses) every 5 -6 hours.
