We Are What We Eat

Buried deep under the ruins of diet fads and conflicting scientific revelations that pop up every day, lies the truth about good food and healthy lifestyles.

Getting there won’t be easy. At every turn, you will find a new friendly face with a new diet to offer you and you’ll pick up a hitchhiker or two who will try and convince you about why a particular food group is bad for you.

Our health, wellness, philosophy and indeed our politics are all shaped by the choices we make on the kinds of food we eat, buy, prepare and who we share a meal with.

A society that learns to nourish a healthy relationship with food and loves to eat is our goal. At Veggie-It, we make it easier for you to make informed decisions about what goes on your plate and into your belly.

Embark on this journey with us to learn little-known facts about your favorite veggies and tasty recipes from around the world. We also have fun quizzes where you can check your food IQ about common ingredients in your pantry. Our extensive database on plants will educate and open your mind about food-based wellness. We have tied up with a premier university to bring you this data.

Our mission for a healthier world doesn’t end here. At the Center For The Spread Of Affordable Wellness (C-SAW) we take this further by envisioning a world where farmers prosper, consumers eat healthy and food companies transform.
